		<description>*sigh*  I miss GEnie too.  That&#039;s one of bad casualties of the WWW.  I did the dial in and download too!  Before I figured that out, I remember having a $200 phone bill once because I was blissfully reading live.  Yike!  The closest thing to that, I think, is the eHarlequin board, which I&#039;ve really only just discovered. :)</description>

		<description>Yes, I was on GEnie in those long ago ancient days.  And I actually miss what we had there.  I think the small intimate scale made for great discussions.  (I had to dial in and download messages since I was paying by the minute, ha!)</description>
