LOL, now that has potential for a romantic comedy, huh? She thinks he just doesn't want to listen to her, and he thinks he hears everything she says. That's also a Mars/Venus thing, where the guy tunes out but the woman keeps talking. He hopes she'll get the hint and she keeps talking hoping for more than monosyllabic responses. :) The funny thing is, when Mike does that to me, I'll ask him if he heard what I just said. And he can usually repeat it to me, so yeah, he heard it. But he didn't want to. LOL!<br/><br/>I think you have to be careful with this technique, though. It can get away from you.
