I love to find objects that are job related or scenery or whatever, but I have a damned hard time with the characters. Even the minor ones. I do have a few pictures that I have posted on my bulletin board but the pictures are more portraying the essense of who the character is and not so much what he/she really looks like in my minds eye, if that makes sense. Of course my effort has been, um, less than 100% lol. I find it works better for images/objects I associate with the work than the characters. I rarely find a photo of a model/actor that fits my mental image. I may give it another try when I finish the short I'm working on and go back to my longer wip.
