I just got this exact mail some few minutes ago. Went on google to see if pple have been getting such cos its surely a new one for me too. Alas i found this page. I am a Nigerian and Live in Lagos, we get thses things too. Anyway all i do is the delete botton

Phishing. Yes. I get all of the spam. I wonder how a name like “Cynthia” could get the enlargment spam. I shake my head a lot. LOL
