Determination and caffeine got me through this round of revisions. Oh, and a hubby who didn’t mind going to get the takeout every night this week. And who actually did a load of laundry last night. And now, since in another hour I will have been awake 24 straight, I think I better go to bed. I’m too old for all-nighters….

Carol, do you think anyone would notice if a bomb goes off in the story and the hero and heroine are never heard from again? *g*

I imagine I’ll be revisiting these characters again. I absolutely dare anyone who thinks they can toss out a romance novel in a week to have at it. What looks easy definitely isn’t. Though I’m preaching to the choir here. All of us who love and write romance KNOW it isn’t easy or valueless.

I’ll miss seeing you at conference!

Glad to see you’ve surfaced just in time. If you do have another round (remember, more revisions mean less rejections) hopefully they will give you a longer deadline.
