Author copies

Sorry to have been absent all last week, but the book must be written! I’m still working and will likely be scarce this week too, but I have exciting news to share: I got my author copies for Spanish Magnate, Red-Hot Revenge! Yay!

Even more interestingly, at least to the hubby, is the fact these copies come from his hometown. Yes, Harlequin has a distribution center in Depew, NY. Hubby is still steeped in the irony of it all.

I hope to ship out copies to my winners from previous blogs (Rachel and Patricia) this week. And now we have a new winner from last week! (Scientifically determined, aka randomly drawn from all comments excluding mine.)

EllenToo, please send me your contact details and I’ll get you a copy as well!

Who else wants a copy? Leave me a comment telling me why you love Spanish heroes (or Presents novels) and I’ll draw a winner in the next few days!

Thank you, Rachael! I was strangely calm — and then I had moments of giddiness. :)

(I agree, she is far too calm… )
I am so excited for you! LOL, and I want you to continue to write, write, write…:)

And I cannot resist leaving a comment about Spanish heros. I love them because in my view they are fiery, passionate, stubborn men.

I hope you get a lot done today!

How totally cool to hold your “firstborn” in your hands. Did you sleep with one under your pillow?

Woo-hoo!! How exciting!! I can’t wait to see your book in the stores.

Spanish men are passionate, fiery creatures who freely express their sexuality. Antonio Banderas is one HOT Spaniard! Dark, bronze-skinned, Spaniard’s sizzle in film, photos and print. No one is immune. There’s the matador and the artist, the musician and the dancer. Ah, yes. Let us not forget that the language is seductive, especially when whispered sensually near your ear.

This reminds me, I just bought The 13th Warrior and must watch it.

Congrats on the book. And while I don’t love Spanish heroes I have a think for Spanish heroines. Perhaps that explains why I married a Hispanic woman.

Agree about the spicy Latin lovers and Antonio Banderas. We rewatched the Zorro movies. Nice….

I love spanish heroes because I love Spain! My favorite part of Spain is the Southern part, Andaluscia. I love the music and the dancing.

    Fabulous pic!

I admit I have a thing for Spanish men! I love their colouring, and the fire and passion unique to their culture. But my secret weakness is for their language, one querida from Alejandro and I think I’d be all set for the year!

Thank you so much, everyone, for stopping and commenting! I really am sorry for being absent, but deadline is approaching and while I’m almost finished, I’m not quite there yet. *sigh* Much work to do! Will announce a winner soon!
