Army dad. Loved it! Lynn, it's so easy to let the passport lapse. We finally got them for the whole family a few years ago so we could go to St. Lucia. I definitely plan to keep them up-to-date now. I hope you get to go along on your husband's next trip! As for the snow, I guess think of it as inspiration for writing about Russia. ;-) Happy writing! The way the fruit and vegetables are so fresh, the bakeries with vats of tiramisu, the cappucino that no one else can make nearly as well. (Though I've given up caffeine, sigh.)
